I thought this was great photojournalism when I flipped through the papers to read up on updates of the NTU stabbing case. Well, if you haven't heard of the big news that's been on headlines for the past three days, it's the case of EEE student stabbing an Associate Professor in NTU. And coincidentally, the scene of action was just behind media and journalism school Wee Kim Wee School of Communications and Information. All of us were buzzing with excitement about the news, and I got to see some first hand juicy photos!
Of course, the photos aren't for the weak hearted (or stomach) to see, and neither do I have them (the photos)...... but just imagine someone killing a whale in your school office and the blood splattered all around the corridors and stairways.
Haha, ok ignore me, I was just being morbid.
But dont be afraid of NTU. The rest of us are all very sane, and we don't carry kitchen knifes to school. The heaviest object we have with us would at most be our laptops, which are too precious to be used to kill someone. Just like how you wouldn't whack your friends with your GC even you hate them to the core, right?
Ok, back to the picture, the woman in green was the boy's distraught mother and the man in suit is NTU's President. Very provoking picture. It's sometimes very hard to convey such form of emotion through pictures but this photog did it perfectly.
