A little something from Taiwan..

One of the things that you get in Taiwan is that you get to actually see the Sun set behind the horizons, or rather in this case, the mountains (yes, those faint outlines beyond the buildings in the distance are mountains). In Singapore, you will be more likely to see it set behind the HDB flats opposite your house. Although there is plenty of fresh air up in the hilltops, pollution control is pretty bad in the cities, and having a motor vehicle population that is 1.5 times greater than its human population does not help. That contributes to the haze that is characteristic of its cities.

Anyway, here's the photo. It was taken from inside the tour bus while travelling along the expressway from 内湾(Neiwan) to 高雄 (Kaohsiung).
Oh, did i mention that Sun sets at 5pm during winter there? Its pitch black by 5.45pm.
